Step 1

We start with a conversation about what your team needs. Some businesses want a one-off workshop to upskill their marketing coordinator. Others want a series of sessions across several months to build capability in multiple areas. We design the training around your goals.

Step 2

Sessions can be delivered in person at your office, at our office in Bishops Stortford, or remotely. Most workshops run for half a day or a full day. We provide materials, actionable takeaways, and follow-up support to make sure what your team learns actually gets applied.

Step 3

We do not do death by PowerPoint. Our training is interactive, hands-on, and grounded in real examples from your industry. If your team leaves with notes they never look at again, we have failed. Our goal is that they leave with skills they use the next working day.

Most sessions work best with two to eight people. Small enough for everyone to participate, large enough to generate good discussion. Larger groups are possible but we may recommend splitting into multiple sessions.

Half-day workshops start from £750. Full-day sessions start from £1,200. Multi-session programmes are priced based on scope. We will give you a clear quote after the initial conversation.
